Very Good !!!!!!!! Subtitles, converters

I am using this software since 2 months and I am really enjoing it. I am a Brazilian leaving in US and sometimes and I want to put subtitles in movies and convert my movies to IPAD. Total converter works very fine. I needed help 1 month ago and their support was great !! I recommend it !!! You are the best Toal Converter guys.
I had 1 or 2 crashes in the last 2 months BUT …. what is the problem in try again ?
