Extremely crashy

Bought this so I could convert a trimmed mp4 to gif, and it crashes all the time.

The default gif conversion settings are not good (aspect ratio is not maintained, framerate is too low), and changing them to be a higher quality will sometimes crash randomly based on the settings. Also, you cannot put in the timestamps of the start/end, and instead have to press the start and end buttons while the video is playing. That gets annoying as I’ve had to do that about 18 times to trim the SAME clip because of all the crashes.

I don’t understand how an app that crashes so much can charge the amount they do.
